The moment I entered my first yoga class eleven years ago as a mentally and physically exhausted mother of three young children, I knew that yoga would change my life!
I have been teaching Hatha Yoga and Meditation for the last 9 years, and I run retreats in the UK and overseas. I was trained by Saraswati, who was initiated by Swami Vishnu Devananda, Founder of the Sivananda Ashrams and Centres throughout the world.
Three years ago, I started to experience the debilitating symptoms of Ménière’s Disease which is a disorder of the inner ear that causes episodes in vertigo. Yoga has not only helped me to manage the symptoms and deepen my own personal practice but it has also inspired me to share the immense benefits I’ve experienced with others.

Trained in India and the UK, I teach yoga and meditation on a one-to-one or group basis, and I run UK and international yoga and meditation retreats with a focus on relief from stress, anxiety, fatigue and back pain.
My motivation to teach comes from personal experience having observed major improvements in my physical and mental health through a regular yoga practice. Like many other people, yoga has changed my life and this has inspired me to share the practice with others.
I have completed specialised training in therapeutic techniques in Yoga for Anxiety, Meditation on the Natural Breath, Sound Energy Therapy & Vibroacoustic massage with Himalayan singing bowls, and Children and Teen Yoga.d
My approach is gentle and compassionate and I believe that yoga can benefit anyone regardless of age, flexibility, shape or mobility.
